California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

1. Scope

This notice applies to California residents and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as amended.

• Personal information under California Customer Records statute (name, address, telephone, financial information)
• Commercial information (subscription history, transaction records)
• Internet/electronic activity (browsing behavior within the platform, log data)
• Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile about your preferences and business needs

3. Your California Rights

• Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide an opt-out mechanism.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide requested services.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

4. How to Submit a Request

To exercise your California privacy rights, submit a verifiable consumer request to:

We will respond within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.

5. Authorized Agent
